Diane Zahorodny

Diane Zahorodny—Owner, operator, pet photographer

As the primary service provider for Wagmore, Diane brings over 16 years of animal care experience and a B.S. in zoology to the Wagmore team. Born and raised in Warrenville, Illinois, Diane has been a part time volunteer with the Naperville Humane Society and A.D.O.P.T. since 1988 and has been pet sitting since 1991. Additional experience includes an internship at Brookfield Zoo’s Tropic World, volunteering at Jungle Friends in Gainesville, FL, assisting in primate research in Equatorial Guinea, Africa, horseback riding and 4-H. Diane has also been a professional photographer since 2000 and manager of Michael Anthony Studios for over three years.

Diane has been known to stop traffic for crossing ducklings, pick up wounded wildlife and eat food garnished with pet hair. She is keen to pick up on your pet’s needs and will go to great lengths to ensure that they are happy.

Anthony Olinger

Anthony Olinger—Assistant Dog Walker and Pet Sitter

Anthony grew up in Durango, Colorado on 14 acres of land with cats, dogs, rabbits, cows, horses and chickens. As an honor student in high school, he volunteered for two years at Aspen Tree Animal Caring Center. While at Aspen Tree his responsibilities ranged from daily care to drawing blood and assisting with surgeries. At Colorado State University, Anthony graduated with honors earning a B.S. in zoology. Anthony also accompanied Diane at Jungle Friends, a primate sanctuary in Gainesville, FL. In addition to his animal and pet sitting experience, he is an experienced rock climber and a red belt in Tang Soo Doo. Anthony is also a successful craftsman of electrical guitars and basses when he has a moment indoors!

Eleanor Zahorodny

Eleanor Zahorodny—Assistant Dog Walker and Pet Sitter

Eleanor has been involved in the rescue and rehabilitation of dogs and cats for 20 years. She is very comfortable handling and understanding the needs of these animals. For over 10 years, Eleanor has been working at a small animal clinic providing care and making decisions on behalf of the organization's animals. After ADOPT Pet Shelter opened, she became the operations manager for approximately 4years. Currently, she is caring for her own pets, volunteering for animal rescue groups and gardening.
